Minimum Order
Our minimum order is $50.00 (before shipping charges are added). Orders less than $50.00
will be subject to an additional $7.50 handling surcharge. Prices subject to change without
notice.
Payment Terms:
All orders will be shipped C.O.D. Only company checks, money orders or certified checks will
be accepted. Personal checks will be accepted on a pre-payment basis only! Prices quoted are
based on terms of C.O.D. To avoid the UPS C.O.D. charges, you may use Visa, Master Card,
Discover or American Express. All international orders require pre-payment before shipping.
Any returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
Other forms of acceptable payment are wire transfers and Western Union.
Open account is available to companies that furnish acceptable/verifiable references. Please allow 2-3 weeks to verify your references. Within Illinois, all applicable taxes will be charged unless a customer has a resale tax identification number or tax exempt number on file. Open account is also available (on a limited basis) to the following organizations: all recognized Fraternal and Veterans groups, Churches, Public and Parochial Schools, Chambers of Commerce, Municipal Agencies and U.S. Governmental Agencies. We will require a purchase order with a authorized signature on the organization’s letterhead or purchase order for all such orders. Payment for all open accounts are due in full within 10 days of shipment. A 1 1/2% per month finance charge will be charged on all past due accounts.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped promptly, usually the day it is placed. Generally, we ship UPS
Ground. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. Please allow enough transit
time when ordering for a particular event. On request, shipments can be expedited using UPS
or Federal Express. You will be billed for these services at an additional cost. New customers
(less than 45 days) MUST pre-pay freight charges when UPS Red or UPS Blue is used. Same
requirements for Federal Express Priority/ Standard Overnight and Federal Express 2 Day. The
balance due will arrive C.O.D. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN, ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS ARE NOT
POSSIBLE.
Returns:
Our merchandise is not sold on approval, therefore, we do not accept returns. When deemed
appropriate, replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped only upon return and
inspection of the goods claimed defective. In such cases, a return authorization label must
be obtained and placed on the outside of the returned carton. Any carton without a return
authorization label on the box will be refused. Mylar balloons that have been punctured,
cut or over inflated will not be replaced. Requests for credit due to discrepancies must be
made within 10 business days form date of invoice.
Damaged Merchandise:
We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit.
Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask the carrier to make an
inspection and file a claim with them. The original carton(s) must be held for carrier
inspection. We will be glad to assist you with any claims that may arise. Breakage on inflates
will not be credited due to nature, price and origin of merchandise.
